Penile siliconoma/ Parafinoma
Penile siliconoma or parafinoma is a condition in which the male genitalia most often the penile shaft and its surrounding soft tissue developed painful, hard, nodular swellings as a result of injection of various foreign materials in the futile hope of enhancing its size and sexual performance.
Penis with abnormal appearance after injection of paraffin oil or silicone, for the purpose to make the penis bigger. Multiple masses are found below the penile skin.
History of silicone or paraffin oil injection. Physical examination found masses below penile skin.
Ultrasound penile confirmed masses below penile skin.
Penile skin excision with spit skin graft.
Abnormal penile skin with masses is completely excised. skin graft is harvested from the tight and cover the penis.
